You will be able to purchase it on-line or at any Apple retailer. It
will come on a DVD most likely. Not a download. Downloads are
reserved for decimal upgrades. I imagine many bug fixes and
improvements will have occurred as outlined in that article but of
course there will be tweeking and such needed I'm sure.
