Those are what I mean yes.
When I find one I really must manage, I communicate the problem to the site owners, more often then not with good results. Usually they had not a clue the problem existed. Once in a great while though I run into someone who figures I have a tamed sighted pet person around to read them whenever I ask. It took me about two years to set up a paypal account.
