I was working with login items and accidentally selected SpeechSynthesisServer and it was deleted!!! This would be no big deal except that I can't find the item so I can find it. Of course I don't dare reboot until I fix this. I've used spotlight and looked at the folders that say speechsynthesis but haven't found the SpeechSynthesisServer. Also googled and found interesting stuff on login items but nothing specifically about this item. Help would be much appreciated!!!
