Will, you can set this either via the Ipod itself or should be able
to to do so via Itunes in preferences. If this is a Nano or Video
Ipod, if memory serves me you hold down the top half of the
navigation circle and when the Apple logo appears, you immediately
press the lower half of the navigation circle. This will put it in
disc mode. If a Shuffle or regular Ipod, you should be able to set
this via Itunes and specify how much of the disk is for mass storage
or music.
