I have an account with the iTunes store and have purchased music
before. I just told it to retreave past purchases and a window for
me to log in came up. I still haven't figured out how to find the
buy button if I wanted to purchase something; But I had the same
problem with iTunes in windows.

Well, if you never used your Apple ID, then this may not be a good
way for you to purchase items. I would suggest using a sighted
friend to set up an account with the store, then future purchases
should be fine. They only have to do this once unless your credit
card information changes.

It seems that there is no way to actually buy things from the
store because there seems to be no way to create an account. .
Anyone have any suggestions?
If you have an .Mac account, you should be able to purchase
items. Also, in the store preffs, you need to set the buy
automatically option, and not the shopping cart. Also, if you
dont have an .mac account, you can have someone sighted set up an
itunes account initially, and then subsequent purchases should be
fine. Its a hack, but it does work.

I just checked it out and most of it is accessable, but I was
not able to get the window with the Apple store to work
without the mouse and vision. I even opened an apple itunes
account and still the store window would not access. Anyone
been able to use the store with VO without the mouse curser?
