Scott. The more people who contact them the better I think. But
it's important, as you quite rightly say, to get our attitude
correct. Demanding gets you nowhere. They are under absolutely no
obligation to do anything as far as I'm aware. If you wish to
contact them, either do so via their web site or write to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and try to outline your concerns. Overall I
think Parallels is a superior product to Fusion. Given the
accessibility we need, I think it would blow Fusion out of the
water. One thing I find appealing about Parallels is the ability to
use the same Windows installation for both it and Boot Camp.
Therefor, you can swap and switch as you need too. Your games, or
whatever you use, are then accessible via the same installation and
you have the best of both worlds.

I'd like to help and yes I agree showing them the light without
forcing them, speaking of laws, etc. would obviously be the best option.
I think just merely pointing out that if it is accessible, it'll help
them with potential government sales as well.
