this is not good news really, particularly as the accessibility team
at apple don't even know what braille displays they are supporting,
it rediculous, the pm by the way is pac mate and for those who need
foreign language braille, we are out of luck, see below ...

Thank you for your questions. At this time, there is no
information on which braille devices will be supported in Mac OS X
Leopard, but your request to support the PacMat PM20 will be
forwarded to the engineering team.
Out of the box, it's expected that only English braille will be
supported. It may be possible for other companies to develop
products to provide foreign language braille support but until
Leopard is shipping but to date, there have been no announcements.
