cheryl, command-f5 turns vo on and off. if you are using a mac
notebook with default settings, it's fn-command-f5.

I guess you guys and I inhabit totally different worlds because you
have OSX. A lot of the newer applications don't work with my version.
I feel llike the guy with the 1929 Model A talking with someone who
has a spaceship. (I'm a writer, you know; I talk that way.)
