Hello all,

As many have expressed, I too feel that Gabriel has nothing to offer  
this list or community that would make what negativity he brings  
worth it.  Gabriel has been banned from every list I've ever been on  
with him, has publicly supported and even propigated piracy of music  
and software, including products of Draconis Entertainment, my  
company, and generally brings an air of hostility and dischord with  
him wherever he goes.  He has apologized numerous times both on this  
list, as well as others, only to repeat his behavior and be banned  
once again.  I'll echo Darcy's sentiment, which was apt and succinct:  
Allowing Gabriel back on this list would be a disaster.
