Hi folks,

Since we have been having a quite in depth discussion about Windows recently, I've been wondering if you need to reboot a Mac quite regularly.

I always found with Windows that if I re-re-booted my machine it would it would run a little more smoothly. Is this necessary on a Mac? I have not switched off my Mac or re-booted it since i got it back from the store back at the end of March? I have closed the lid for it to go to sleep though.

Hope my question makes sense?

Best Wishes

James
