Yes, Apple Reps at locations MUST be trained for the visually impaired. Every time I go to a CompUSA and other locations PC's are sold there are always representatives for Zoom Text, Jaws, etc etc. that can ably demonstrate those programs!
Please list the stores that minimal wage kids demonstrate programs for the blind?
