I found NetScape to be inaccessible, for the most part.  Older editions 
were much more accessible in Windows, for example, than the newer 
versions after 5,0.  No information is given that VoiceOver can 
discern; there needs to be a way to lable the graphics in NetScape, 
particularly if you are using the mail client or web browser.  Richie
