Once a widget gets downloaded, how is it moved onto the dashboard so it
can be selected? I have a few on the dashboard and downloaded the bbc
widget but when I do f12 cn-op-f2 cn-op-f2 that's not one that's yet
available to be selected yet.

Window Chooser Menu, then navigate down to the widget I want and press
Return.
Installing widgets can be a problem for VO users as on many of them, the
Accept or Done button is not accessible with VO and sighted help is needed.
