I use Safari many times a day on a daily basis. I am not
encountering the behavior you are describing. I would be sure to
check all of your settings. Obviously, not all websites are designed
equally, but this is the only thing I can think of off the top of my
head. I've actually been impress in the 3 beta how it handles
controls on websites compared to the previous version.
