I'm not meaning to be unkind, but several people have told you what to do 
with this component and there's a rtf file right with the component that 
gives you the instructions. The component goes in /Library/Components or if 
you have a Library/Components in your home directory it could also go there. 
In fact, the messages you've carried along in your post even have the same 
information right in them. The thing for you to do is to follow the 
instructions and try an ogg file in iTunes and then report back if there's a 
problem.
