No. You buy Leopard and you get Leopard for $129 whether you are
upgrading or not. As Leopard only runs on a Mac, it doesn't make
sense to have a discount for an upgrade. If you're buying Leopard,
of course it is an upgrade because your existing Mac is not running
Leopard. A clean install, an upgrade, it's all the same.
