is this documented? I haven't a document to try it out on that I know
of.

To do the latter, use the arrow keys without pressing the control

You can add a sheet or import a multisheet document and move among
sheets by pressing vo-shift-up arrow twice to get into the window
that allows you to interact with the toolbar and other items. in
this window there is a popup for sheets, interact with it and
choose your sheet. I'd rather be able to do it more easily say
with a keystroke, but it works.
