I suppose everybody has had different experiences with [EMAIL PROTECTED] Personally, I have written to that address on at least eight different occasions; each time I've received a response from them. Some weren't as favorable as I would have liked, but at least, they answered my queries and addressed my suggestions. Each of us has had experiences with them, but I believe that Apple does take our responses and implements them as best they can. I'm sure they get hundreds and hundreds of inquiries and/or suggestions from which to sift through. Perhaps I'm saying this as one who does work for an Apple reseller, but even when I wasn't working for them, I've had good experiences and good response from the tech support people at Apple.
