It appears to have fixed it, but heavens it makes doing my current thing--mucking--difficult. Any other way to fix it? I couldn't figure out how to make the cursor do whatever it was ...

I have to guess when to enter in my character name and password. And as for anything past that, it's very spotty if it reads at all.
So what settings do I need to fix in VO to make terminal behave? :)
