Hello everyone,
Has anyone on this list used the upgrade CD which is included with new
Macs at the moment since they still come with Tiger preinstalled? I'm
asking because my husband bought a MacBook Pro recently and found that
the upgrade CD messed up his system. Luckily, we had already bought
Leopard separately, so he used the proper Leopard DVD to do a clean
install and since then, no more trouble.
My husband is fully sighted and a very experienced Mac user which is
why I would like to know whether anyone here has had more success than
he did with an upgrade Cd.
I suspect that Simon's problems will only be resolved when he can get
hold of a Leopard DVD.
