Hi Ann.
Speaking of Voiceover in other languages, do you know if it's possable to
fully change VO into another language? I don't mean the voice, but the text
from Voiceover. For example: If I get a danish voice, I want the word
"interacting with" translated. It would be sounds weird if other voices than
the english one tried to say things like this. I'm corrently running TTiger,
and I can't find any ways to change the language of VO.
Do Apple update Voiceover with bugs and changes, or are they only updateing
Voiceover when they release a new version of the OSX?
Best regards:
Søren Jensen

how can you view websites? When I go to a
website, Voice Over says "HTML content" but that's it.
When you hear "HTML Content", you need to interact with it (Control-
Option-Shift-Down arrow). The best way to read through a web page is to
navigate right (Control-Option-Right arrow). This way, you shouldn't miss
much. To stop interacting, you do Control-Option-Shift- Up arrow.
You interact with tables to read what's in them, with Scroll Areas and
with anything you want to examine closely.
I notice your email address is in Germany, did you know that VoiceOver is
more or less localised into German? Apple doesn't provide German voices,
but they are available from third parties.
Cheers,
Anne
