basic html editor.

Hey folks. I'm looking for a basic html editor that I can use to creat  
basic hyperlinks and such with. I installed Bean, but it wouldn't  
allow me to create hyperlinks that opened in a new window. If anyone  
knows of another one that will give me this functionality, I'll be  
greatly appreciative. Thanks so much.
