There is also SubethaEdit. I use it to hand-code HTML, but the relaly cool thing is that I can peek at the page the way it would look in Safari without having to open Safari.

I will email the free version to anyone who wants it.

Two choices both are accessible with VoiceOver. Smultron is a good sound programmer text editor it is free. Coda is a commercial IDE and editor which is outstanding and is VoiceOver compatible it costs about $75 if I recall.

Hi Kevin,
I know my reply isn't exactly what you were looking for... Well, I
suggest you go learn HTML to be able to write your own websites. When I
used wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) editors, I got pissed
because of the really, really terrible HTML code that this editors
produce. There are many great HTML tutorials out there and it's not that
hard and you can design the websites exactly the way you want them to
be. Also, another great programming language to learn is PHP for dynamic websites after you learned HTML. But well, if you really want a wysiwyg, check out www.macromedia.com to see if Dreamweaver is available for MAC.
Hope that helps!

Hey folks. I'm looking for a basic html editor that I can use
to creat
basic hyperlinks and such with. I installed Bean, but it wouldn't
allow me to create hyperlinks that opened in a new window. If anyone
knows of another one that will give me this functionality, I'll be
greatly appreciative. Thanks so much.
