Ah ok, that's interesting that in that situation, you can't use VO backslash to expand that.
Option click worked nicely, and I was able to do that with no problem

To open the disclosure triangle under the Get Info section of the file
you're checking, try using Option-click (where you click with your
mouse or trackpad button). That should work to toggle the
disclosure triangle between collapsed and expanded.  (Note: I have
"Mouse Cursor tracks VoiceOver Cursor" checked in my VoiceOver
navigation options.  If you don't have your mouse cursor tracking
your VoiceOver Cursor you'll need to use VO-keys+Command+F5
to move your mouse cursor to your VoiceOver cursor before you do
an Option-click.  As always, on laptops you may need to also press
the FN key with the F5 key.)
