SJ: I have found the attached files by expand the folder, but when I'm try to read the filenames of the attached files, VO just says something like doc file. It can't read the filenames. The only way I can read the filenames is through the save popup menu.
TK: I may have been misunderstanding your question. My answer pertained to confirming what files you had attached to a message you were seneding. I believe that you're asking about files in a message sent to you. If so, using the Save pop-up is what I do. There may be another way but I find this most useful.
