Hi Tim.
Thanks for your answers. That helped a lot. I have found the attached
files by expand the folder, but when I'm try to read the filenames of
the attached files, VO just says something like doc file. It can't
read the filenames. The only way I can read the filenames is through
the save popup menu. Maybee you could show me how you do it over Skype
or MSN?
Best regards

Hi Søren,
I'll try to answer between your questions below:
1: How do I check which address or mailinglist a mail is send to?
For example, if I receive a mail from this list, how do I check this?
TK: For me, I press enter when on a message I wish to read, VO
begins reading it right away. If I then press VO-left arrow once
(more if there's an attachment), Interact with the Message Header
area then navigate through it to see who/where it is from.
2: I have got a mail with a lot of attached files. When I use the
VO cursor to find the files, VO say something with triangle. What
does that mean, and how does it works? I can't se the files which
is attached to the mail.
TK: What it is saying is "disclosure Triangle". that means that
you have come upon a folder probably. Just press VO-back slash to
expand the folder. If that doesn't work, press VO-shift-space space
to double-click it. to determine what you've actually attached to
an email, navigate to your message area and Interact With it. They
will be in there somewhere depending on where your cursor was when
the attaching took place.
3: I had very big problems to get my mail to work on my Mac.
Sometimes, my smtp went offline so I couldn't send mails. I found
out it was because my smtp wasn't attached to my mail account. I
tried all things like interacting and clicking on all things I
could click on, and suddenly, it worked. If someone know what I
could have done to get it to work, I'll be glad to hear from you.
TK: I suspect that when you entered the smtp info it did not get
attached to the account profile. When in your Mail Preferences,
Accounts tab, locate the Accounts table, Interact With it, and make
sure the proper account is selected. Stop Interaacting With it then
navigate to the Outgoing Mail Server item and make sure the pop-up
reads the proper Outgoing smtp Server. You can check the settings
for that server by going to Edit Server List in the pop-up.
Hope this helps.
