Thanks. I guess I'll just have to play with it. I might be
using keys already in use, but I didn't think that was the case. Is
there specific key combinations or modifiers that one can use over
others?

TK: I noticed that as well when I played with this John. What I
ended up doing was deleting the one that was problematic, making
sure the app was Quit, not just closed, then re-making the
shortcut. I did notice the same as what Esther explains with
respect to the check boxes. Sorry, not really much help here just
some support.
