As I applaud your knowledge of the mac, I too have had simple questions in
previous posts that your answers clogged more space then the result you
offered. If one needs to speak this kind of advise, they too should follow
it.

Thanks Ester for helping again. My issue is not the volume or much of the
stuff you named but I kept it for future trouble shooting. I simply can't
play podcast in I Tunes by pressing return on the unplayed podcast. It is my
normal behavior to have three unplayed podcast and I would just press return
on the episode and it would play and if I made a mistake and played one that
wasn't downloaded it would give me a prompt to choose the location. This is
really getting on my nerves and I want to throw this thing up against a wall
or switch to VLC. I can go to the podcast folder and open the same item and
play it in I Tunes with no problem, so I don't know what is a matter.
