Hi Shaun, There's nothing I know in the iPod product line that matches those sizes and capacities. From the size, the closet match would be an iPod Shuffle -- no screen, size is 1.62 x 1.07 x 0.41 in, and capacity is 1 GB. None of the shuffles had screens or sizes above 1 GB.
Past iPods with 4GB capacity include the iPod nanos (now in their 3rd generation) and the iPod minis, that were replaced with the iPod nanos. But these were much bigger than the sizes you give (bigger and older than the nanos). The minis were 3.6 x 2.0 x .54 inches. Previous generation nano is 3.5 x 1.6 x 0.27 inches, and current (third) generation nano is 2.75 x 2.06 x 0.26 inches.
