You know you guys don't have to use the dialpad in expresstalk. There
is an edit box where you can just enter the number and if you are
using the free version just hit enter.

The two that I've found are mostly accessible are:
Gizmo Project: works great, requires a Gizmo account (which has a
CAPTCHA but if you write to support they'll set your account up for
you). Although it requires a Gizmo Project account, you can set it
up to work with a second SIP account from any provider as well.

Express Talk: Free, mostly accessible, but to dial DTMF after the
call connects requires that you click the buttons in the graphical
number pad. While these are accessible and in the expected
telephone keypad style, they aren't labeled. To access the number
pad, use VO down arrow twice from the edit field to type the phone
number to dial. This wil put you on the #1. Othrwise, works pretty
