Uh, well, I doubt whether you'll find out anything that way. I won't
argue about people skills, but if I didn't know how to do something
and someone else said they did it all the time I think it might make a
bit more sense to try and find out how they did it rather than what
you seem to want to do.

By the way, you're wrong about the software update.
I just checked, and stand (or sit) corrected about the software
vrsion. I now have the most spanking new version for MacOSX and it
still exhibits the same behavior as before. Of course, there are
spiffy new unlabeled checkboxes, but they don't seem to change
anything either. So, OK, maybe someone else from your reality
(preferably somebody with actual people skills) can tell me where
one enters numbers to be dialed after the call is connected, without
using the virtual dialpad.
