I'm not sure I follow. When you gave customer services your birthday,
did they say didn't have any birthday on file or did they say that the
birthday didn't match? If the account was set up via your wife's ATT
account, might the birthday on file be your wife's? What did Yahoo!
customer services actually suggest you do? Was it their idea to contact
AT&T, and if so what were AT&T supposed to do?
