what you need.

When I open the file the PDF automatically launches in Adoby. If that
doesn't work, try going down the open menu with the arrow keys until
you come to the open with option. Press enter and then select adoby
from the list of programs.
PDFS work well with VO; I've found VO to work better than Jaws with
PDFS I've used.
