fascinating stuff!  I live inbetween two pretty big apple stores here
in London, might give accessibility a shout and see if there's
anything I can do to help out with demoing or workshops if they ever
do any this side of the pond.  Not sure how high the attendance would
be though, seeing as both the areas I can think of with Apple stores
in London at least are mobility nightmares!
