Apple has a telecommuting position (but Austin, TX based applicants  
are preferred) for a tech support agent. I applied, noting my long- 
time use of VO, since Tiger, and the dismay the blind community has  
felt at the seeming lack of VO knowledge in the sales/tech support  
infrastructure. Hey, working for Apple would be pretty cool. We'll see  
if I get anywhere with it or not.
