Hello,
These are dialogs letting you know that your application has quit
unexpectedly. In other words, it crashed. Usually, this is due to a
bug in the program or content it is hosting, as in the case of Safari.
To get to these errors, press control-option-f1 twice, and pick the
option "System Dialogs" and find the error dialog you need to interact
with.

it'll stay open and work perfectly fine. While in Safari, I've also
heard VO say "user notification center" but when I tried looking for
the window, it never showed up. I thought that upgrading Adium and
Leopard would stop these errors but they keep coming. What are they
and should I be worried?
