Anyone play with this: http://www.virtualbox.org/
It is another virtual machine ala Parallels or Fusion. I pulled down the pre-built Mac beta yesterday and got XP up and running on it, but it apparently lacks sound drivers (bummer). I did see in the notes for the next build that they added SoundBlaster so if somebody was daring enough to build their own it might work with Jaws.
Nice thing is that the 'roll your own' version is a free open source project.
