Only if you have either BootCamp or Parallels. If you have a program
called Fusion, this program will allow blind users to install Windows XP
without sighted assistance. Gordon Smith has an excellent presentation

Setup stuff doesn't seem to be very accessible but once it's running the
start and stop stuff is in the menus. It does let me tab around and
control the setup via the keyboard but VO was more or less silent.
Anyway, it costs nothing to give it a whirl.
