Hey Tiffanitsa,Tiffanitza OMG Girl! yes you definitely need to
know about the dock! <smile>
It will make your life a lot easier.
Providing you haven't changed it's position, it should be on the
bottom of your screen, and contain a number of application icons. The
trash is one of them.
To get to the dock, simply press VO d and you 'll be taken there.
You can then, either use the arrow keys (left / right) to navigate the
icons or type the first few letters of the name of the app you're
looking for. I.E. in this case, type tr and you should immediately be
focused on the trash icon.
To see a list of options for that application, use your up / down
arrows on it. In this case, you'll see an open option so if you press
return on that, the trash folder will open for you and you can
interact with it and see what's currently in your trash.
Likewise, you'll see an option to empty it etc.
As with the trash icon, you can find options / info for all of the
other application icons on your dock as well, including their status.
(running or not)
