I agree this is an issue and I need to take some time to write up a
description and figure out who woudl be best to direct that input too.
I don't know why, but and I may be wrong, it seems it's something to
do with the formatting of the document. Maybe VO is seeing not a um
blank screen, but a screen which is broken up into sections if you
will. I can't think of a better way to explain it, but maybe that's a
start.
