Move the vo cursor to the main display it will say 0 main display. in the speech menu, there are two items, one says speak button pressed. it lies. press ente on it, the other says speak result. activate this by pressing enter and when you look again it will say speak result checked.

now, when you type, the system voice speaks and the system voice also speaks the results. this is the first calculator I have been able to use the buttons for accessibly if I wish. the only problem I have is that unless I look at the display area, I don't know what buttons I ave pressed if I forget.

Hey all,

Does anyone know where I can get a Calculator to type on, rather than click on each of the buttons? I was doing a rather simple operation that I really could've, should've done in my head this morning. I didn't feel like it, and besides I wanted to give this calculator a test run, since I haven't used it before, and it disappointed me that there was no edit box to type the numbers in.

Does anyone know a freeware app that can do this, or perhaps Apple's Calculator can do it, I'm just not sure how to get the edit box up?

Thanks.
