Dear Will,
If I could chime in - and I hope not confuse matters - my experience
tells me that: firstly, you have to interact with the list of the
songs; secondly, you need to use vo keys to navigate to the price;
hirdly, bring the mouse cursor to vo cursor with vo+command+f5;
confirm that the price is under the mouse by pressing vo+f5; click the
mouse button. Only then will you get the dialogue asking you whether
you want to purchase the item and you will have a chance of pressing
the buy button. Allthis, however, is possible only and only if you
have an account with Itunes.
Others on the list will probably have much more to say on the matter.
I'm still a beginner.
Best wishes
Simon

U can't click on the price, u have to click on the "buy song"
button. Voice over won't read that, so u will have to use the
mouse. U should also get a "purchased" playlist, if u buy anything
from the store, that is how u know if u bought the song or not.
