Hi Cara, The problem of how to create an iTunes account is quite real, so I don't discount that.
As for the rest, you know that I use iTunes a lot. I do find it easier to use with my mouse cursor tracking my VoiceOver cursor, and I generally leave this on, because there are other instances where doing a real "click" (with trackpad key or, as I've just found out for my laptop, with the Fn+I -- simulated numpad "5" key -- provided mouse keys is turned on) gives you access to other features. I've seen signs that Apple has been working on the contextual menu for items in their iTunes Store, but some of these functions aren't in place yet. I do expect this to get even better, though. But remember, for first-time users figuring out the organization is probably not so straight-forward.
