Accessability and the IPhone

Hi folks,

I would like to add my name to those of you who have already taled  
with Apple regarding the accessability of the IPhone. Where should I  
address my message?

However, part of me feels that the IPhone is not so much a phone as a  
PDA-type device. Am I correct in this or do I have this wrong?

Is the IPhone really a viable option for blind users? BTW how does  
Mobile Speak work with touch screens?
