Smiles, well in that case you are probably using dom mode.
If you press vo f8 and then hit w to get to the web tab, the first setting is a set of radio buttons for dom mode or group mode. Group mode displays objects in the order they appear on the page and lets you vo through them in all four directions. It's great for reading big tables. Dom lines up all the objects and makes you vo through them in liniar fasion, which is very slow on large web pages. The reason why I say dom works better for face book is that the headings are all useable on facebook pages. So, you can press vo command h til you get to the portion of content you want and then read it. You can do that with group mode as well, but pages load much slower in group mode and the facebook pages already load slowly to begin with because of that chat plug in.
