A while back, I wrote to [EMAIL PROTECTED], with a suggestion for a spoken warning on time announcement. Perhaps a five or ten- second warning to announce that reading will be temporarily interrupted and when the time is announced, the reading will continue where it was left off at the time of announcement, and the user doen't have to input anything to resume reading. On an unrelated matter,I suggested another option be given in Mail, where spoken prompts to notify the user of new mail coming in. I got a response saying that it will be considered. Is that true also if you set a different voice for the time? I set Kathy for that function. So if Alex is talking, will Kathy just talk also at the same time? Or will Alex stop so Kathy can talk. Or if Alex is talking, will Kathy not be heard saying the time at all?

I guess I'm going to find out in about 4 minutes!

Thanks for this info, by the way. I never knew about it. handy little item to know.

Enjoy!
