Actually what I've noticed is at times they can speak at the same time
with neither interrupting the other. This is random so it is possible,
but something is causing the speech processes to step on each other.
And this is why I'll be pestering Apple again and again about this.

changed the voice to Victoria for the time announce. And then Alex
rudely cut her off before she could say all of 3:30. Victoria only
