Yes, on numerous ocasions, particularly on the issue of the download
wizard being out of date.  The company I work for relies very heavily
on the download wizard, because we don't have the time or money to
keep up with every phone on every carrier.  I even tried to get
wireless wave here in Canada to take an interest so we could train
mobile phone resellers and expand our knowledge of the various phone
options, but they aren't interested.

It's a real stumbling block for people, and it is really too bad when
uyou consider what a tremendous selection of phones there actually are
to choose from.
