Ok, this was a very good idea and thanks for the key combination.  I
just tried it and apparently, the right command and the key to the
left of the number 1 are disabled or are just not working.  When I hit
them they say nothing and when I hit them in a combination, ex command
shift a, it just says shift a.  At least, we figured out that much.
Now, I just have to figure out how and why and more importantly, how
to fix it.  I'm just scared it'll happen to something else.
