I managed it, but did need help from apple tech support. They were great as usual, and the Ipod guy, who knew nothing about VO before our call was extremely interestedd in it, how I used it, etc. Together we played around and figured it out until I got it registered. Don't ask me exactly what we did, because I don't know, but after about an hour of working through it together via phone we got it up and running.
Once, again, way to go apple for the wonderful tech support!
